I combine documentary storytelling with classic natural-light portraiture, capturing the real emotions, laughter, and connections that make your day unforgettable. I don’t stage a fashion shoot, and I don’t over-direct, your day should feel authentic, not orchestrated.

It’s basically the same approach I take as a Hong Kong family photographer, except with these sessions they usually end up with a lot of dancing. (And maybe some beverages.)

Remember, after the flowers fade and the catering is gone, the photos are what remain. (And of course, your marriage!)

Over the years, I’ve captured weddings in Hong Kong, Thailand (Bangkok, Koh Samui, Phuket), Toronto, Vancouver Island, Montreal, Ontario, Macau, Mexico, USA, and my hometown of Picton, Ontario.

I'm selectively available for small, intimate weddings across Asia, the kind where the emphasis is on the day itself, not the production around it. No video crews, no shot-list marathons.
