Then:

1. We agree on a date and general time.

2. I make the booking in the system and and you receive the questionnaire and agreement to sign.

3. A non-refundable retainer of 50% deposit for Regular Sessions paid upon booking, remainder to be paid before the session.

Mini Sessions are paid in full at time of booking.

Within ten business days I send a private gallery from which you select your images.

In ten business days I then deliver your images via Dropbox link. Link is live for three months from date of delivery.

Sessions include up to 6 people. Additional participants are HKD 300 each, just let me know your group size when booking.

Please keep phone cameras put away during the shoot — they tend to disrupt flow and pull eyelines.

It also helps to share any must-have shot combinations in advance so we can plan around them.

Proof galleries stay active for 14 days (a HKD 250 reactivation fee applies after that).

Final delivery links are live for 30 days from delivery, so please download and back up your favorites during that window. I keep a courtesy backup for 6 months, but long-term storage is on you.

Selections need to be made quickly, as when my family photography season is over, i am often doing other project, and am away from my desk for a month or two.

Straightforward 20% for weekday photo sessions, not including holidays.

Weekday sessions are so much easier than weekend photoshoots, as most public spaces are almost empty, especially in the morning. We can have a beach to ourselves!

Good till the end of November 2026

Give 7+ days' notice and you can reschedule for free, with your retainer carrying over. Cancellations or no-shows inside 7 days forfeit the retainer (exceptions considered case-by-case for emergencies).

If I have to cancel, or the weather doesn't cooperate, you get a full refund or priority rebooking at no charge.

Two set of images:

• Full proof gallery with basic edits (unwatermarked, web-resolution, great for a quick look back at the day).

• And a final selects gallery of retouched, high-resolution images (4000px on the long side) from the shots you choose.

RAW files, physical prints, and albums aren't included, but extra retouched files beyond your selects are HKD 250 each.

Yes — you get a perpetual license for personal use, printing, and sharing.

I retain copyright and may use images in my portfolio and promotional materials, but I never sell your photos to third parties.

If you'd prefer your session stays fully private, that's available as an add-on (+HKD 300).
