MINI SESSIONS

Booking Your Session

To ensure the best experience, I recommend booking your session as early in the season as possible. This gives us more flexibility to reschedule if we encounter bad weather. Plus, you'll benefit from longer daylight hours and fewer holiday-related events at our locations.

Once you've chosen your preferred time slot, I'll send along a questionnaire, a contract and an invoice.

To secure your spot, please complete the payment within two days and send me the payment slip. If payment isn't received within this timeframe, I'll need to open up the slot to other clients.

Mini Sessions: Payment Details

For Mini Sessions, the full session fee is due at the time of booking to confirm your slot. Please note, this retainer is non-refundable. However, I understand that plans can change, so you're welcome to transfer your booking to another family if you're unable to make your scheduled session.

Two Amazing Locations!

I use my fave Central and Southside locations for these.

On the Southside I do these sessions at Repulse Bay Beach on Saturday mornings. (Meet at the pier by the Tin Hau Temple near The Pulse.)

For Central we meet at The Botanical Garden. (At the fountain.) I do these on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

I have done hundreds of sessions at these two locations, they are both fantastic and work on sunny or overcast days.

If you can arrange a few moms in Shek O, Sai Kung, Tai Po, or anywhere else, I am happy to put together a special date for you. Contact me for details.

My thing is getting get kids onside quickly and working with them to get portraits that portray their personalities. That's why I like to split sessions of any length into three areas:

• Full Family Shots

• Various Combinations

• Single Portraits

All are doable in 15 minutes, no problem.

Please be aware that if you have a large family (e.g. 5), not all combinations are possible. (There are 30+ possible combinations with a family of five.)

Your Image Gallery & Selection Process

Within ten business days of our session, I'll send you a private online gallery of images with basic adjustments. From there, you can easily "favourite" your selected images using the online app. Once you've made your choices, I'll perform further detailed retouching and then send you the high-resolution images via digital download.

You can typically expect to choose from around 40 images, though the exact number can vary depending on various factors from our session.

Retouching & Final Edits

All your final images will be carefully edited with overall adjustments including brightness, highlights/shadows, cropping, straightening, colour balance, and sharpening. I'll also take care of common "kid issues" like removing bruises and boogers to ensure your little ones look their best.

Should you require any further, more extensive retouching, I'm happy to provide a separate quote.
