Documenting Humanitarian Work Across Asia

Even though in my ‘day job’ as a photographer of families in Hong Kong, I love nothing better than getting out into the field around Asia and working with with all levels with NGOs and development agencies. I’ve got to some remote corners of Asia and met some incredible people, especially at the grassroots level in places like Bangladesh and Cambodia.

Featured Project: The Border Consortium, Thailand

In February 2025 I did a major project for The Border Consortium, documenting Burmese refugee camps along the Thai border. You can view that work here. It was an amazing experience.

Pro Bono Commitment

And it’s safe to say that working in places like this helps my family photography skills, and vice versa. If you have a positive story to tell about a humanitarian project, feel free to contact me. I try to do at least one pro bono project per year to get out there and help those who might not be as fortunate as myself.
